For traditional interiors, the Finesse Derwent range of multipoint door handles is the perfect choice. Designed with a bulbous lever with a tapered centre on a rectangular backplate, the Derwent range provides a comfortable grip. The products stunning, natural pewter finish makes it the perfect accessory for period properties and traditional cottages to bring some architectural charm to the home.
Made from genuine pewter, the Finesse range is extremely corrosion resistant and has achieved BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 5 in independent salt spray testing – making all products suitable for external and coastal applications. All Finesse products are also suitable for use with Accoya ® wood.
Available in entry, passage and patio applications, Derwent is suitable for use with wooden and uPVC doors. All Finesse multipoint handles are supplied in pairs with M5 x 90mm pewter plated fixings and two solid steel spindles to cater for maximum door thicknesses of 50mm and 90mm. This product should be installed with a multipoint locking system and euro cylinder (not supplied by The Handmade Handle Company – please speak to your joiner)
This backplate is available in locking and non-locking versions, please choose from the three options below:
Entry – Standard entrance handles with keyholes on both sides of the door to allow locking from inside and outside. To be installed with a double euro cylinder. Sprung and unsprung versions are available.
Patio – Patio handles are designed for locking on the inside only, enhancing security as there is no access from the outside. To be installed with a single euro cylinder.
Passage – Designed with no keyholes, passage handles are typically used for double patio doors where only one door requires locking.
