A tubular latch is typically used with internal passage doors which do not require locking – such as latch door handles and door knobs on rose or backplate.
This latch set by Zoo Hardware includes a faceplate, strikeplate and latch. The products black finish offers a sleek design which matches the Stonebridge Flat Black range of door handles perfectly.
Suitable for internal doors, our tubular latches are available in three latch sizes:
- 64mm / 2.5″ latch size – 44mm backset*
- 76mm / 3″ latch size – 56mm backset*. This latch is available as standard or heavy duty. Heavy duty latches are suitable for use with unsprung door handles.
- 102mm / 4″ latch size – 83mm backset*
*Backset is the distance from the edge of the door to centre of the spindle mechanism.
