Please note, some of our products and components are made to order, for these items we will email you with an expected dispatch date.

Order Tracking

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between the times of 8:00am and 6:00pm. Please provide a contact number when placing your order so we can contact you if necessary.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed with tracking information for our courier.

A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not home when the items are due to be delivered, the courier will leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team on 01207 593528. If your order has yet to be dispatched, a full refund will be processed. However, if your order has already been dispatched before we receive notification of a cancellation request, we will refund the cost of your order minus any delivery charges incurred. 

Returns Information

Should you change your mind once you receive your item(s), you have 14 days to return the goods in which the cost of the order will be refunded minus any shipping charges incurred.

We cannot except returns for made to order products.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us by email on sales@thehandmadehandlecompany.co.uk within 14 days. We will exchange your goods at no charge or refund you in full – including delivery charges.

If the goods become faulty after use, please send us an email to sales@thehandmadehandlecompany.co.uk with a short description of the problem and we will respond with the next steps.

In the event you wish to return a product to us please contact us on sales@thehandmadehandlecompany.co.uk or 01207 593528 stating your original order number and reason for the return.

The cost of the return shall be covered by the customer unless the reason for return is at the fault of The Handmade Handle Company (e.g. faulty or damaged).

Please note, all returned items are inspected for quality assurance. If, for whatever reason, your return fails this inspection, we may be unable to refund you.

Once returned, your return will be processed and you will be refunded within 28 working days. Refunds will be credited directly to the debit or credit card you used to place the order.
