Returns and Refunds

If you are unhappy with your Handmade Handle Co item, you can return it to us without hassle. We do however ask that in all instances you contact us first so that we can try and resolve your issue.

Please contact us on 01207 593528 or send an email to sales@thehandmadehandlecompany.co.uk to discuss your return.

In the meantime, here is some extra information about returns that you will find useful.

Returns

  • Arrived Damaged or Faulty:
    If your goods arrived damaged or are faulty, please contact us by email at sales@thehandmadehandlecompany.co.uk within 7 days and preferably within 48 hours.

    We ask you to do this via email so that we have a clear record of all problems.

    Following notification of faulty goods, we will arrange the return of the faulty goods and will replace them at no charge or refund any money paid for the goods.

  • Faulty Goods After Use:
    If your purchase was originally fine but has become faulty quite soon afterwards, please send us an email to sales@thehandmadehandlecompany.co.uk with a short description of the problem and we will email you back with next steps.

  • Non-Faulty Goods:
    Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days after receiving the product. Provided the goods are received in brand new condition and with the same packaging that they left our warehouse in, we will fully refund the price of the goods.

    The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.

Refunds

  • Faulty Goods:
    All verified faulty goods will be fully refunded and we will pay the return postage. You will receive your refund within 3 days of processing.

  • Non-Faulty Goods:
    Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days as detailed above. Provided everything is in order the cost of the goods will be refunded.

    The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.
