ARMOR-COAT Finish
Stonebridge products are all made from a durable steel base and finished using a unique ARMOR-COAT® process specifically designed to provide maximum corrosion resistance and UV protection. As such, all Stonebridge products have been tested to BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 5 in independent salt spray testing – making all products extremely durable in external and coastal applications. Stonebridge products have also been tested and approved for use with Accoya wood.
New to the Stonebridge range, the Forged Steel finish offers a textured appearance with a stunning blend of black and mid silver tones. The durable powder coat finish brings an authentic and rustic look full of character and charm.
Specification
Typically installed to the vertical frame of the window frame, a casement fastener securely locks a window into the closed position. The Stonebridge range of casement fasteners are supplied with both hook plate and mortice plates to cater for flush or offset surfaces. Simply turn the handle to engage the lock into the provided keep.
All casement fasteners are available in left and right hand versions and are supplied with suitable fixings.
Product Care and Maintenance
Stonebridge products should be cleaned occasionally with warm soapy water and dried with a soft cloth. For external and coastal applications, this process should be carried out more frequently.
